At Phillip Jeffries Ltd., we pride ourselves in bringing natural textured wallcoverings to the design community since 1976 – long before it was chic to be eco-chic. In fact, the majority of our hand-crafted wallcoverings have always balanced luxury with sustainability

Rapidly Renewable... Many of our natural plant fibers are harvested annually.

Biodegradable... Due to the natural materials used, most of our wallcoverings safely break down and return to nature.

Recycled Content... The majority of our collections are backed with 85-100% post-consumer recycled paper. As the world becomes more conscious about the design choices it makes, Phillip Jeffries Ltd. will continue to create innovative, eco-aware wallcoverings that are the foundation of healthy design.

What is LEED™?
The US Green Council's (USGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System™ is a third party national certification program that sets the standards for environmentally sustainable construction. This certification system deals with the environmental performance of buildings based on overall project details.

How Does Phillip Jeffries Contribute to LEED Points?
While wallcoverings alone do not qualify for LEED indoor air quality points under EQ, the rating system does value recycled, rapidly renewable and local/regional materials, and many of our wallcoverings qualify under the LEED criteria. Credit categories are as follows:
• Credit MR 6: Rapidly Renewable Materials
• Credit MR 5.1 & 5.2: Local Regional Materials
• Credit MR 4.1 & 4.2: Recycled Content
